Can I cancel an order before it is shipped?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once placed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
Given the nature of the products we sell, we cannot resell any returned items, and with each item being made to order, we cannot guarantee that another customer will purchase the exact same design - especially if a nickname is written on the product.
What happens if my parcel is returned unopened?
If your parcel has been returned by the courier due to an address issue, you will be given the option to either:
- pay a new shipping fee to have the order sent to the correct address.
- cancel the order, with a 50% cancellation fee applying to the cost of the products. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
If your parcel has been returned despite having a correct address, and no issues with delivery, you will be given the option to either:
- have your order resent to the same or a different address at no extra cost.
- cancel the order, with a 50% cancellation fee applying to the cost of the products. The shipping fee will be refunded in full.
Can I change an item on my order before it is shipped?
No, once an order is placed, we are unable to change the contents of the order as we start working on your order within that same day.
Please check your cart before completing your order to ensure the correct products are purchased.
Can I change the address on my order before it is shipped?
Yes! Please contact us as soon as possible with the new address so we can get this updated on your order before dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the courier directly to change your address.
Please note: we do not take responsibility for any shipping delays caused by the changing of an address with the courier.
What is our return policy?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can only accept returns or exchanges under certain circumstances, such as those which fall under the Consumer Guarantees Act and/or Fair Trade Act.
We do not accept returns based on change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Under no circumstances are returned products ever resold.

What happens if I receive a faulty product?
If you receive a product with an imperfection which will affect the use of the toy (such as a crack, rough spot or the product is broken), please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please message us with a description of the issue, and if possible, send through a photo of the issue as well.
Once we have confirmed the issue, we will be able to look into this further.
What is our product warranty?
Our product warranty is 14 days from the date of delivery.
