Our Shipping Information

Our shipping timeframe varies, depending on the product purchased as the production timeframe can take up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase. 

We aim to dispatch all orders before this timeframe, however this cannot be guaranteed. 

Because of this, our shipping timeframes stated below are based on the date of dispatch (when your order is packed and ready to go). 

Shipping cost:

Standard shipping is $7.50 on all orders less than $150.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150. 

Shipping timeframes:

North & South Island: 1-2 business days following dispatch

Rural addresses: up to 5 business days following dispatch

Please note: the stated timeframes are a guideline only. The couriers do their best to deliver within these timeframes, however they are not guaranteed. If you are requiring your order for a specific event, we recommend ordering well in advance of the date required. 

We do not currently ship internationally. 

Dispatch timeframes: 

From start to finish, it can take up to 2 weeks to make each product, depending on size. We stock both pre-made products, as well as a made-to-order range so you can personalize your ceramic sex toy. 

An order which contains only pre-made products and/or lubricant will be dispatched the following business day. 

An order which contains a mix of pre-made and made-to-order products and/or lubricant will be dispatched within 2 weeks, when the made-to-order product is completed. 

If your order only contains made-to-order products, this will be dispatched within 2 weeks when the products are completed.

What does your packaging look like?

Our parcels are sent in discreet, recycleable packaging. No one will guess what a plain cardboard box from us contains! 

We also highly recommend trying to reuse our packaging after you receive your product, rather than disposing of it in your recycling.

Help! My parcel hasn't arrived! 

Sorry to hear that! 

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have not received your parcel despite there being a delivery scan on the courier tracking. The sooner we look into this with the courier, the better the chances are of a speedy resolution. 

When contacting us, please confirm the full address the parcel was meant to be delivered to, and whether you have checked around the address in case the courier has left the parcel in a secure place.
